1. Warranty Coverage:
- Tradeo International Inc. ("the Company") warrants that the Cordless Water Flosser and SonicCare Pro Electric Toothbrush ("the Product") is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

2. Exclusions:
- This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, or failure to follow the care and usage instructions provided with the Product.

3. Claim Procedure:
- To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase along with a detailed description of the defect. The Company reserves the right to inspect the Product to verify the claim.

4. Warranty Remedies:
- If a defect in materials or workmanship is found, the Company will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the Product free of charge. If the Product is discontinued or not available, the Company may provide a comparable replacement.

5. Limitations:
- The maximum liability of the Company under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the Product. This warranty is non-transferable and is valid only for the original purchaser.

6. Exclusion of Consequential and Incidental Damages:
- To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Product.
