Really outstanding. Other toothpastes (and rinses) say they remineralize, but it’s never been noticeable. This is. From the first time I used it, I thought, “Is this filling in little chips in my teeth?” And it did! Also, it feels like my teeth are thicker and stronger. If there is something better, I’ve never seen it. The instructions say not to rinse after using it (it has half the fluoride of regular paste). I spit out as much as I can but don’t rinse off the minerals, etc. I think if you have any issues with weak teeth, you will notice it right away. If this is not an issue for someone, perhaps they won’t notice.

Enjoying this intelligent toothpaste and it is gentle on my teeth

I have been developing what looks like a gray line across my teeth because of enamel loss. I have been using this toothpaste for about three weeks and I already notice a difference. Impressive I can’t wait to see how it looks going forward.

I like it because I no longer have to alternate fluoride and hydroxyapatite toothpaste. I like how it protects against acid attack. My teeth are less sensitive and they look and feel smoother. I wish they would use xylitol instead of acesulfame potassium. That would make it perfect. The flavor is good.
